    Soul to God almighty, our lady St. Mary and all the company of heaven, and burial in the churchyard of Allhallowes of Chalgrave. To the high altar of the parish church for tithes forgotten 4d.; to the bells 4d.; to the torches of the same church 2d.; to the Rood light 2d.; to the mother church of Lincoln 2d. To wife Elene the house with the appurtenances which testator bought of John Geferson who dwells in Lynslad, the house being at Wynfild in the parish of Chalgrave, and this she is to sell, and use the money to keep herself and her children. To wife Elene also testator's other house with appurtenances called Graunt' in Wynfild in parish of Chalgrave as her dwelling place for the term of her life. On death of wife the house to remain to testator's daughter Agnes Osburne and to her heirs, but charged with £4 to be paid to Johanne/Joan Osburne, Elzabeth Osburne, Margreat Osburne and Amee Osborne, his daughters, but if Agnes should die before Elyn Osborne her mother, then the house to remain to Johanne his second daughter charged as above, and if she die then to Elzabeth the next sister, and so on. Should the daughter who inherits the house be unable to raise the £4, then the house is to be sold and the money divided between the sisters. If all daughters die, then the money from the house "to be dissposed in the churche of Chalgrave for my soull my Frendes soulles and all Cristen soulles" by his executor and the then churchwardens. His other goods to his wife Elene. Executors wife Elene and John Amps of Wynfyld, he to have 3s. 4d. Witnesses sir John Osburnbe, Robert Rowell, John Perat.
