"I bequeth my Soull unto Allmeghtie God our savyer Jesu Criste". To the mother church of Lincoln 6d.; to the high altar for tithes forgotten 12d.; to the bells 12d.. John, William, Thomas and Jane Dyxe his children to have a one year old cow bullock each. To John Dyxe his furred gown; to William Dyxe his violet coat, and each to have also 20s.. To Davy Brockes 12d.. To Alys Browne a bushel of wheat. To every godchild 2d.. To each of John Warner's children 4d.. The lease of his farm he leaves to wife Agnes, with the residue of his goods, and she to be executrix, and William [?]Harmer priest to be supervisor, and he to have for his work 8 shillings. Witnesses William Byrde, John Woddeward, William Gayle.
