    "I bequeth my soull to God Allmeghtie to Remane with Abraham Isack and Jacobb in the Kyngdome of Heven" and his body to be buried in the churchyard of Tylbrocke. To daughter Alys all his lands and tenements within the shires of Huntingdon and Bedford to her and her heirs for ever. To daughters Alys and Agnes all moveable goods between them. Alys is to pay on the marriage day of Agnes 5 marks sterling "and Contenewe hir naturall lyff", but if Alys die before she has had issue and Agnes survives her unmarried, then the lands to remain to Agnes, but if Agnes die unmarried then the goods bequeathed to her to go to Alys. To the bells of Tylbrocke 12d.; to the church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar for tithes forgotten 4d.; to the Sepulchre light 12d.; to every poor man in Tylbrocke keeping no plough nor any part of a plough one bushel of barley. To every godchild 4d.. To an honest priest to sing or say a trental of masses 10s.. Daughter Alys sole executrix, and William Mahue of Hardgrave the supervisor.
