Copy letter from Fredric Tanqueray of Woburn to Messrs. Band Hatton & Co. concerning the suit Gee V. Busby: - I am only to glad to do what I can to help Mr. Gee in this matter. - I am quite willing to allow you to sue Busby in my name for the costs if you think this is the best course to adopt on you indemnifying me against all costs in this matter but I do not want to come to Coventry to prove the case. - it seems to me that the £4/3/- can be recovered under the agreement as Busby agreed to pay for the 'Reconveyance and costs'.
