Copy letter from Frederic Tanqueray of Woburn, Beds to Mr. S. Busby in response to letter at HN10/351/Busby7: - I did not charge you anything in relation to the Conveyance. My charges £4/3/- were for letters to the Secretary of the Provident Association and their solicitors and you on the matter - also for perusal of Reconveyance on your behalf and journey to London taking up the deeds. If my costs would have been made out in the proper way they would have amounted to much more.
