Operative: - In consideration of £300 (i) conveys (a) to (ii). (a) Piece of land adjoining a new road called Coronation Road, Coventry having a frontage of 14 feet 6 inches and a frontage towards North of Augustus Road of 80 feet. Bounded towards S by property now or late belonging to Henry Clarke and towards E by a back road. Together with the messuage known as 2 Augustus Road. - Together with specified rights of way and certain rights over sewers as mentioned in a conveyance dated 6th May 1903 between George Henry Linger and said Henry Clarke. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii). - Intended to be witnessed and signed by Henry Tate of 84 Stony Stanton Road, boot maker.
