Copy letter from S. Busby of 84 Stoney Stanton Road to Mr. Tanqueray concerning the proposed sale of 2 Augustus Road to George Edgar Gee: - I am very sorry for Mr. Gee for the man does not know what to do. The people have left the house. He has made all arrangements for making the house into a shop and now stuck fast. - I have written the association again to see if they will consider the matter again which I hope they will. - If you would let me know the amount required and advise me the best course to take I should be greatly obliged - then as soon as I hear from the association I will write you as it is no use dallying the matter further.
