Copy letter from S. Busby of 32 Argyll Street concerning the proposed sale of 2 Augustus Road to George Edgar Gee: - Unfortunately for me I have had the misfortune to be out of employment for nearly two years which is the reason that I have decided to dispose of the property. - I have not been able to pay off the interest when due with the result that they have charged me 6 per cent instead of 5 per cent. - I have been a member of the Provident Association of London Ltd for 10 years. I took out Bond for £250 with ballot privileges paying 10/10d per month or £6/10/- per year-at the end of five years they will advance the £250 for the purpose of purchasing the house. - I have wrote to the company and ask for the amount I am entitled to after the enclosed amount is paid. I am not satisfied with their reply.
