- Giving: Gold watch, chain jewellery, wearing apparel and household furniture to said son's wife Henrietta Edith Hall Flint; £10 to executors; £100 to Abraham William Day or his children; £50 to Lewis Day or his children; £25 to May Tompkins; £100 to trustees upon trust to invest and pay income to son and after his decease to pay: £25 to Spurgenn's Stockwell Orphanage, £25 to Dr.Barnardo's Homes, £25 to Sir John Kirke's Water Dress & Flower Girls Christian Mission; £10 to the Trustees of the Bunyan Meeting Bedford for the upkeep of the Bunyan Memorial Hall in Elstow & £15 to Bedford Infirmary.
- All residue of my personal & real estate unto my son, if decease then to his wife, if decease then to their children who have attained age of 21.
