Giving & Bequeathing: - Dressing case with silver mountings, Italian cabinet, blackwood & brass, book cabinet, marble table, three arm and two plain sheriton chairs, portrait of herself in oils, portrait of me in water colour by Dickinson, two square plaques on wall, in capo di monte china, 15 volumes of 'Art Journal', miniatures hanging on red velvet mounts, two Dresden china oil lamps, square china teapots, half the plate, half the dessert, and dinner services, large pink Persian carpet in drawingroom, diamond earrings, rose-diamond ring, one emerald ring, two Dresden china bottles & paste pendent (French) unto my daughter Edith Warren-Vernon. - Silver brushes and all other dressing table articles in silver, pencil sketch of my sister Harriet Anne, red velvet frame, painted photograph of me in closed leather case unto my sister Emma Span. - Small silver gilt Indian coffee pot to my brother Julius Du Boulay. - Picture called 'solitude' mounted in brown frame & book of extracts with lock & key to my doctor J. Lister Wright of Lennox Mansions, Southsea. - Saphire ring & one of the terra cotta articles I modelled to my friend Charles J. Warden. - Two turquoise rings, two gold & turquoise bracelets and enamelled round broach set with pearls to my grand-daughter Elsie Tufnell. - Ruby ring carbuncle broach & coral rose broach and two large volumes of bible & testament to Leila Tufnell. - Books of poetry on shelf in my bedroom to Elsie Tufnell. - Small oil painting of Toddington pond painted by me and the compass mounted in Malachite to Desmond Tufnell. - £10 to nephew William L. Du Boulay. - £10 to maid Olive Stimson. - £5 and all remainder of my property unto my daughter Harriet Mabel Tufnell.
