Draft Transfer of Mortgage Parties: (i) Caroline Caton of Bedford, widow. (ii) Kate Tranfield of Stantonbury, Buckinghamshire, wife of George Henry Tranfield. (iii) Francis Norris Tansley of Ampthill, Beds, butcher. Reciting: - Mortgage dated 8th Oct 1909 between (1) (ii) (2) (i) whereby property in Stantonbury was conveyed to (2) as security for the repayment of £550. - £500 is still owing on the recited mortgage. Operative: - In consideration of £500 paid by (iii) to (i), (i) transfers the recited mortgage to (iii). Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to the usual mortgage provisos for redemption. Intended to be witnessed and signed by S.Mynard of Stantonbury, grocer & R.
