Agreement 1) Rev John Alington of Letchworth, Herts 2) William Franklin of Marston Mortaine, farmer and brickmaker To allow William Franklin to dig clay for brickmaking from the field of pasture land called Hawkley, numbered 344 on the Tithe communtation plan and abutting land belonging to the trustees of the Widow's Charity now and for many years past used as a brickyard with William Frankling as tenant. Includes details of royalty and schedule of articles intended to be made.
