- TitleCase to be laid before the Justices of the Peace, Sharnbrook re dispute between Milton Ernest Friendly Society and one of its members ("SM") who became lame and claimed benefit on 24 Dec 1884 which he received until 19 Dec 1885 when he refused the pay due for the last four days of the calendar year he was allowed to claim, enabling himself to remain a member of the club. The Society wished justices to rule whether SM ought to be made to take the money, thereby forfeiting his membership or whether he could refuse the money, remain a member and apply for benefit again after another twelve months. Application signed by club members B.F.Crisp, Fred Newbery, W.Childs and J.Crowe.
