Buckinghamshire Quarter Sessions holden at Aylesbury between (1) Duke of Bedford (2) Amersham Union Assessment Committee. Order of the Court: - 'It is ordered by the court this present session that the said rates or assessments be amended by reducing the amount of the rateable value of the said hereditaments from the sum £100 to the sum of £25. And it is further ordered by the court this present session that the respondents shall pay to the appellant the sum of £159/15/6 for his costs incurred in the said appeal'.
