Reciting: - Will of Francis 7th Duke of Bedford dated the 7th May 1861. - Francis died on the 14th May 1861. - (i) are the present trustees of the said will and (ii) is tenant for life. Operative: - In consideration of £3 (paid by (ii) to (i)) (i) conveys (a) unto (iii). Property (See attached plan): (a) Plot, piece or parcel of land in the Parish of Chenies, Bucks of 9 ¼ poles. Plan shows that the plot is bounded on N, E & S by property of (ii) and W by Chenies Baptist Chapel and property of P.J. Whitaker. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii). Covenants: - (a) is only to be used for the burial of parishioners who are 'particular Baptists' and have attended the said chapel for worship. - (iii) to erect and maintain a good fence.
