Appointing: - James Anniwell of Bedford, deputy chief constable and Robert Hobourn of Woburn, solicitor as executors and trustees. Devising and bequeathing: - All real and personal estate unto my niece Mary Herbert when she attains age of 21, if she dies before me then in equal share to her child or children, In default of such children to trustees upon trust to sell, call in and collect all monies arising and divide it equally between my two sisters Kate Brown and Elizabeth Herbert. Intended to be witnessed and signed by David Jones and Charles Woods, clerks to Mr. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor.
