Draft Mortgage Parties: (i) William Marks of Ampthill, Beds, butcher. (ii) William Ernest Herbert of Woburn, Beds, solicitor's clerk. Operative: - Mortgage from (i) to (ii) for £100 with interest at £5 per centum per annum. (i) assigns (a) to (ii) as security for repayment. (a) The share and interest which (i) is entitled to under the will of his father William Marks, late of St. Albans, Hertfordshire, farmer upon the death of his mother Eliza Marks.
