Appointing: - Wife Margaret Minnie Hammond and son Thomas Percy Hammond as executors and trustees. Giving and bequeathing: - £50 to James Inward and Robert Richard Inwards if in my employment at my decease. - All real and personal estate unto trustees upon trust to sell, call in, collect and invest the moneys arising to pay income unto my wife during her life and after her decease to hold the said trust investments in trust for my son Thomas Percy Hammond. If Thomas predeceases me I direct trustees after the death of my wife to pay income unto Gertrude Emily Hammond, the wife of my said son during her life and after her decease or remarriage to divide the trust fund between the children of Thomas who have attained the age of 21. In default of such children one moiety of trust fund to my nephew George Gregory Hammond and the other unto the children of my sister Amanda Rowland. - Trustees to offer all live and dead farming stock to Thomas before selling. Intended to be witnessed and signed by R. Hobourn of Woburn, solicitor and Reginald C.T. Jakeman of Great Brickhill, labourer.
