    Draft Conveyance (i) Joseph Holdom Hammond of Great Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, farmer. (ii) Herbert Samuel Leon of Bletchley Park, Buckinghamshire, esquire. Reciting: - Will of Thomas Hammond dated 19th Oct 1867 whereby he devised all his real and personal estate unto his wife Sarah Hammond and her heirs. - Thomas Hammond died on the 24th Apr 1881 and his will was proved in the principal probate registry on the 13th Aug 1881. - Will of Sarah Hammond dated 3rd Jun 1881 whereby her sons Joseph Holdom Hammond and George Holdom Hammond were appointed executors and all her real and personal estate was devised to them upon trust that they should sell and divide money arising as directed in said will. - George Holdom Hammond died on the 28th May 1897. - Sarah Hammond died on the 29th Jul 1902 and her will was proved at the Oxford District Probate Registry on the 27th Aug 1902. Operative: - In consideration of £4000 (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Property: (See attached plan) (a) Piece or parcel of land of 29a 2r 33p in Fenny Stratford, Buckinghamshire. Bounded on E and SE by the High Road from Fenny Stratford to Water Eaton and containing half the bed of soil of the brook where the same adjoins the said land towards the S; S by property of Sir. G. Duncombe; W by property of Messrs. Rowland brothers and N by property of (ii) and a recreation ground. All which said premises were formerly in the occupation of Sarah Hammond deceased until the time of her death. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii) subject to certain rights that Fenny Stratford Urban District Council has over sewerage pipes and manholes which run through (a). - Draft approved and signed by Frederic Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor. - Intended to be witnessed and signed by Thomas Percy Hammond of Great Brickhill, farmer.
