Agreement (i) Joseph Holdom Hammond of Great Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, farmer. (ii) The Fenny Stratford Urban District Council. Reciting: - (ii) wishes to widen the Water Eaton Road, Fenny Stratford adjoining the property of (i). Operative: (See plan at HN10/353/Hammond7) - (i) surrenders land coloured green and marked A & B and the piece of land coloured pink on the plan. - (ii) to enter in their minutes that they do not see it necessary to re-open the question of the alleged encroachments on the West side of Water Eaton Road. - Timber on land marked A & B is to belong to (i). - (ii) to erect fence on land coloured pink and marked T on the plan. - (ii) to widen the said road and remove the hedge. - (ii) will put all earth gotten and not required for road widening upon land coloured green and marked C on plan.
