Draft Agreement Parties: (i) Joseph Holdom Hammond of Great Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, farmer. (ii) The Bucks County Council. (iii) The Fenny Stratford Urban District Council. Reciting: - (ii) & (iii) wish to widen the Water Eaton Road, Fenny Stratford adjoining the property of (i). Operative (See attached plan, Scale: 6 feet to an inch): - (i) surrenders land coloured green and marked A & B and the piece of land coloured pink on the plan. - (ii) and (iii) give up their estate and interest in the land coloured green and marked C on the plan to (i). - Timber on land marked A & B is to belong to (i). - (ii) and (iii) to erect fence on land coloured pink and marked T on the plan. - (ii) and (iii) will put all earth gotten and not required for road widening upon land coloured green and marked C on plan.
