Draft Conveyance Parties: (i) Right Honourable Grosvenor Arthur Alexander Viscount Hood. (ii) The Honourable Alexander Frederick Gregory (formerly Hood) of Airmyn Hall, Goole, York and Victor Napier Ward of Winkford House, Willey, Surrey, a retired captain in the Army. (iii) John Garton of Houghton Conquest, Beds, farmer. Reciting: - Will of the Right Honourable Francis Wheler Viscount Hood dated the 4th Jul 1905 whereby (ii) and his wife Edith Lydia Drummond Viscountess Hood were appointed trustees and (a) was devised to them to the use of (i) with remainders. - Said testator died on the 27th Apr 1907. Operative: - In consideration of Â£6350 (i) conveys (a) at the direction of (ii) to (iii). Property: (a) Messuage or farmhouse, lands, hereditaments and premises situate in the Parishes of Wolfhampcote, Warwickshire and Braunston, Northamptonshire as more particularly described in the schedule at HN10/353/Garton2. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii) discharged from the remainders (settlement) created by the recited will.
