(iii) George Sheldon Thompson of Staverton Hall, Warwickshire. Reciting: - Will of the Right Honourable Francis Wheler Viscount Hood (who died on the 27th Apr 1907) dated the 4th Jul 1905 creating a settlement on (a). - (i) is tenant for life of the said settlement. - (ii) are trustees of said settlement. - (a) is subject to the annual pension of £13/6/8 to the Vicar of Wolfhampcote and to the annual fee farm rent of £24/14/2 payable to the Pendrill family and to the annual fee farm rent of £-/5/6 now payable to General John Blunt. Operative: - In consideration of £11,000 (i) at the direction of (ii) conveys (a-b) to (iii). Property: (a) Freehold pieces or parcels of land in the Parishes of Wolfhampcote, Warwickshire and of Braunston, Northamptonshire containing together 443a 0r 16p together with the messuage thereon known as Wolfhampcote Hall which is usually occupied as a farmhouse.
