Mrs Lawson (quarterly tenant) £1/-/- per quarter; 2. empty; 3. F. Tucker (quarterly tenant) 1/8 per week, payable monthly; 4. W. Cook (quarterly tenant) 23/10 per month payable quarterly; 5. S. Tucker (weekly tenant) £2/- per week payable monthly; 6. C. Osborne 2/- per week payable monthly. Tebworth: 7. S. Mooring (monthly tenant) 12/- per month payable monthly. Eggington: 8. W. Osborne (monthly tenant) 20/- per month payable monthly. Mrs. Lawson's rent is paid to Oct 1/16, F. Tucker to June 16, W. Cook to Dec 25', S. Tucker Nov 20/16, C. Osborne Nov 20, W. Osborne to Feb 28/17 & C. Mooring to March 26/17. Most of these tenants are very much in arrear when I look over the collecting of the rents'.
