Reciting: - Recital (III), (IV) & (V) at HN10/353/Chambers2. - (i) is still owed £150 and interest on the recited mortgages and it has been agreed that (i) should receive £40 from the purchase money she being satisfied that the remainder of the mortgage money and interest is well secured. Operative: - In consideration of £40 to (i) and £100 to (ii) & (iii), (a) is conveyed to (iv).
