    Draft Conveyance Parties: (i) William Edward Dipple of the George Hotel, Luton, Beds, hotel proprietor. (ii) Frederick John Flint of Brighton, Sussex, gentleman. (iii) William Henry Miles of 26 Trewsbury Road, Lydenham, Kent, hotel proprietor. Reciting: - HN10/354/GH23 - HN10/354/GH24 - HN10/354/GH29 - Frederick John Coleman died on the 9th Oct 1909 having by his will dated the 23rd Jul 1908 appointed James Kingston Fowler and Hugh Cumberland executors; the said will was proved in the Northampton District Registry on the 17th Nov 1909. - Transfer of mortgage and deed of covenant dated 3rd Mar 1910 between (1) J.K. Fowler & N. Cumberland (2) (i) (3) (ii) Whereby the principal sum then owing of £4000 upon the security of the recited indentures was assigned to (ii). - (i) still owes £4000 to (ii) but all interest has been paid. Operative: - In consideration of £4000 to (ii) and £9000 to (i) [total: £13,000], (i) and (ii) convey (a-c) to (iii). Property: (a) Messuage or tenement known by the name of the George Hotel, Luton with yard, garden & outbuildings etc. (b) Messuage or tenement now known as a wine and spirit store fronting NW onto George Street, Luton & SE onto (a). (c) Messuage or tenement known as the 'George Tap' situate in and fronting N or NE on Waller Street, Luton and adjoining the yards and premises of (a). … 'And all that the goodwill of the trade or business of a victualler and hotel keeper now carried on at the said premises'. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii). Covenants: - Building restriction as highlighted at HN10/354/GH10.
