Draft deed of covenant Parties: (i) William Edward Dipple of the George Hotel, Luton, Beds, licensed victualler. (ii) Frederick John Coleman of Luton, Beds, gentleman. Reciting: - HN10/354/GH23, HN10/354/GH24 & Deed of Covenant dated 4th Sep 1905 securing altogether the sum of £10,000 with interest at £4 per centum per annum upon the George Hotel & premises. - (i) still owes (ii) £5,000 but all interest has been paid up to the 3rd Mar 1908. Operative: - (ii) to allow the sum of £5000 to remain owing on the security of the above mortgages and... - (i) to pay an increased interest of £4 ½ per centum per annum. - Subject to the same mortgage provisos for redemption as outlined in the recited indentures. Intended to be witnessed and signed by R. Hobourn, Clerk to Mr. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor.
