Letter from Alfred Wesley Blows of Cheapside, Luton, plait merchant to Mr. F.J. Coleman [written on Mr. Blow's own business headed paper]... 'Yours of yesterdays date to hand - Mr. Neve has received a wire today from Woburn today and has wired to say the matter had better stand over another day or two so that the matters in question may be cleared up satisfactorily - Mr. Tanqueray has also sent a letter to Mr. Neve stating that he is willing to waive certain objections if we are prepared to take the responsibility referring to the previous plan. Mr. Neve says distinctly the small encroachment is not shown but a direct line at the boundary or wall which ever it may be - In reference to the wall - If it is absolutely necessary that this should be given up by me - I think you will see that it is only reasonable that some small concession should be made, especially as the wall means about one sixth of the depth rather an important item where there is as little ground. If you should be down tomorrow or Wednesday morning - kindly give me a look in'.
