'Whereas the undersigned John Tearle of Luton, Beds has recently purchased from Charles Mees of Luton warehouse, outbuildings and premises in Waller Street, Luton and in said warehouse are 4 windows facing Eastward overlooking the yards at the back of certain dwellinghouses in Waller Street belonging to Frederick John Coleman of Luton, hotelkeeper and which windows were inserted in the said warehouse by C. Mees upon the written consent of the said F.J. Coleman.- Now the said F.J. Coleman hereby consent that the said John Tearle may continue to use and enjoy the use of the said windows which overlook the yards aforesaid and the said John Tearle do admit that the windows so overlooking the said yards have been opened by predecessor in title with the consent of the said F.J. Coleman and continue to be used and enjoyed by me solely with the consent and authority of the said F.J. Coleman'.
