Memorandum of agreement (Includes attached plan)... 'The undersigned Frederick John Coleman of Luton, Hotelkeeper consent that Charles Mees of Luton, manufacturer may open windows on that side of his warehouse and premises on Waller Street, Luton which faces or overlooks the yards at the back of my cottages in Waller Street. And I the said Charles Mees admit that the windows opened by me in that side of my warehouse which overlooks the yards at the back of my cottages belonging to Frederick John Coleman were so opened with the consent of Frederick John Coleman'.
