Draft solicitor's notes concerning the mortgage of cottages situate facing the Green, Toddington… 'Supplemental to an indenture of mortgage dated the 14th Oct 1910 and made between William Mucklestone of the one part and the transferor of the other part and to another indenture of mortgage dated the 1st Mar 1912 and made between the said William Mucklestone of the one part and Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of the other part and an indenture of transfer of mortgage dated the 1st Mar 1915 and made between the said F.T. Tanqueray of the one part and the transferor of the other part and which indentures are hereafter referred to as the principal indentures. And whereas there is now owing to the transferor upon the security of the principal indenture the sum of £200 only all interest thereon having been paid down to the date of these present'.
