Trapp died on the 1st May 1886 at Bedford and his will was proved at Northampton District Probate Registry on the 8 Jul next. - M.A. Trapp died on the 27th Jun 1890. Operative: - In consideration of £1500 (i) conveys (a) to (ii) Property: (See attached plan) (a) Messuage or tenement with yard amd premises etc. formerly known as Wellfield House, but now as Woodcroft at Ashburnham Road, Bedford. Bounded on the N by property of Dr. Craig; E by Ashburnham Road; S by property of Mr. Page Turner and on the W by property of the Midland Railway Company. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii) in fee simple. Covenants: - (i) acknowledges the right of (ii) to the production of the following deeds set out in the schedule: - Mortgage dated 1st Dec 1847 between (1) Charles Trapp & John Best Trapp (2) Henry Stuart. - Deed of partition dated 8th Jun 1852 between (1) Charles Trapp (2) J.B. Trapp (3) Ezra Eagles the elder (4) Thomas Simmons Trapp. - Indenture of appointment and release dated 9th Jun 1852 between (1) J.B. Trapp (2) T.S. Trapp (3) Ezra Eagles the younger. - Conveyance endorsed on above dated 22nd Dec 1857 between (1) T.S. Trapp (2) E. Eagles the younger (3) J.B. Trapp. - Indenture of settlement dated 23rd Dec 1857 made on the marriage of J.B. Trapp with Mary Ann Best. - Reconveyance dated 1st Mar 1860 between (1) William Stuart (2) Charles Trapp (3) J.B.
