Operative: - Mortgage from (i) to (ii) for £250 with interest at £4 per centum per annum. (i) conveys (a-b) to (ii) as security for repayment. Property: (a) Piece of land in Duncombe Street, Fenny Stratford, Buckinghamshire having a frontage to the said street of 137 feet or thereabouts containing 1822 square yards and being the greater part of the piece of land delineated in the plan drawn on the conveyance dated 7th Sep 1911 and made between (1) Edward Holdon (2) (i).
