(ii) Rose Frances Chester the wife of Tom Aubrey Chester of Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire, horse dealer. Reciting: - Will of John Barker dated the 7th Jun 1909 whereby (i) and Ellen Barker (wife of T. Barker) were appointed trustees. - Several codicils revoking appointment of Ellen Barker as trustee amongst other things. - John Barker died on the 1st Jan 1912 and his will was proved in the Oxford Probate Registry on the 29th Feb 1912. Operative: - In consideration of £225 (i) conveys (a) to (ii) Property: (See attached plan) (a) Messuage or tenement known as Brookfield House with outbuildings and garden adjoining in Theydon Avenue, Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire now in the occupation of said T.A. Chester. Bounded on N by Theydon Avenue, E by property of Dolton and S & W by property of Loke. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of said Rose Frances Chester as her separate property. Intended to be witnessed and signed by R. Hobourn of Woburn, Beds, solicitor and Walter Thurston of 124 Windsor Street, Wolverton, coachmaker.
