Cassels and the Duke of Bedford. - George Cardale in lieu of his rights on lands directed to be inclosed is awarded: One piece or parcel of land lying on the Warren near to the Rectory House of 1a 2r 32p which is of a yearly value of £1/1/10. Bounded on part of the N by an ancient inclosed spinney belonging to Matthew Wilcox; on part of E by an ancient inclosed garden belonging to the Duke of Bedford as lessee; on part of the S and other part of the E by the Town Street or Road at the Boiling Pot; on the remaining part of the E by the allotment to the Parish Clerk; on the remaining part of the S by the first allotment to the said Earl of Upper Ossory and on the W by the first allotment to Matthew Wilcox'.
