Draft notice by F.T. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor to the executors of the will of Barnard Charnock Sturges… 'All persons indebted to the estate of Barnard Charnock Sturges late of Salford in the County of Bedford, farmer (who died on the 20th day of July 1910 and whose will was proved in the Northampton District Probate Registry…by Miss Sturges of Salford and Nathaniel Sturges of Earls Barton in the County of Northampton, farmer, the Executors). Are required forthwith to pay their debts to the executors and all persons having any claims or demands against the said estate are required to send particulars of such claims or demands to the said Executors…after which date the assets having regard only to the claims therein received'.
