Letter from Andrew Underwood Mary Smith regarding an enquiry from Alma Rigg of Bradenton, Florida [USA]: - her grandparents were Sidney Thomas Pearce and Emily Stanbridge, married 26 Dec 1901 at Ampthill, her father being baptised on 1 Oct 1902 when the family was living at St.Pancras [Middlesex] when the father was described as a coachman; - by 1910 the family were at Crown & Sceptre, Ampthill; - Sidney Thomas Pearce was buried 1 Oct 1923 at Ampthill, though no stone was extant
