    Draft Conveyance Parties: (i) Sir Henry Brasnell Tuson of the Poplars, Kingston-on-Thames, Surrey, general in his Majesty's Royal Marine Artillery and James Edward Stone of Ilchester, Somerset, accountant. (ii) Henry James Topham of Maulden, Beds, farmer. Reciting: - Will of Rev. Edward Willes dated the 24th Mar 1847. (See HN10/356/Topham1). - (a) was put up for sale at public auction, along with other real estate of the testator on the 25th Jul 1911 at the Sun Hotel, Hitchin, Hertfordshire. - (ii) was the highest bidder. - By conditions of the said sale it was stipulated that the timber on the said hereditaments should be taken by the purchaser by valuation and the same has been valued at £190/7/3. Operative: - In consideration of the sums of £2750 and £190/7/3 making a total sum of £2940/7/3 (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Property: (a) All that messuage or farm house, buildings, closes and pieces of land at Barton-in-the-Clay, Beds now in the occupation of Fred. Osborne generally known as the 'Grange Farm'.
