Written notice to Mr. Fred. Osborn of the Grange Farm, Barton-in-the-Clay, Bedford, farmer… 'I John Trevor Davies of Yeovil in the County of Somerset, Solicitor and agent for and on behalf of Sir Henry Brasnell Tuson and James Edward Stone, Trustees of the will of the Reverend Edward Willes deceased hereby give you notice to quit and deliver up possession of all that farm house and buildings farm lands and hereditaments situate in the Parish of Barton-in-the-Clay in the County of Bedford containing 166 acres and 28 perches or thereabouts known as 'The Grange Farm' which you would now hold of the same Sir Henry Brasnell Tuson and James Edward Stone (the present trustees of the will of the said Reverend Edward Willes deceased) under an agreement dated the 1st day of December 1905 and made between Sir Henry Brasnell Tuson and Albert Baker of the one part and yourself of the other part, on the 29th day of September 1912'.
