'Taylor Woodrows' rep advised me that his company would be prepared to re-convey this area to you at a minimal cost. If this is no bother to you I would be quite prepared to advise you to do this because unless they in their turn place restrictions on the development of the land then it seems to me that once the road has been taken over by the Council it is possible that your successors might wish to develop the land at a time when the protection of Springfield Farmhouse might not be as important as it is at the present time'. Includes attached site plan dated 13 Apr 1972 showing proposed developments at Spring Road to be carried out by Taylor Woodrow Homes Ltd.
