Fire Insurance policy with the Ecclesiastical Insurance Office 'For the sum of £-/17/2, the premium for insuring against loss or damage by fire as hereinafter mentioned, the property hereinafter described: - In equal proportions on the building of two cottages with offices adjoining, built of brick, stud, timber and lath and plaster and roofed with thatch, known as Church Cottages situate Flitton aforesaid. - On the building of the wash house and timber and asphalted barn adjoining, detached near the above. - On Architect's and Surveyor's fees for plans, specifications, quantities, tenders and services necessarily incurred in the reinstatement of the said buildings after the occurrence of a fire, not exceeding 7 and a half per cent of the amount of loss paid under the policy. - Insured for a total not exceeding the whole sum of £550.
