A trental of masses to be sung for souls of testator and all Christians in the parish of Eyton at the hands of Master the Vicar or by his order.
To son George testator's "hadfild" (?anvil) and his pair of bellows and all the tools he uses. To Alys Barbor a quarter of barley. To the mending of the River causeway 2 loads of stone. To servant Henry [?]Lune a quarter of barley. To Thomas George
(testator's son's son) half a quarter of barley.
Remainder to wife Agnes, sole executrix, and son Cuthbard to be executor with his mother, and he to be given 20d. "for his paynes". Son Cuthbert to have this house "that I dwellein" and the land after wife's death, providing that the land does not go from the heir male.
