    [f. 222d] Richard King of Wilden, made 16 Jan. 1546/7, pr. 29 Mar. 1546 [1547]. Burial in churchyard of St. Nicholas in Wilden. To the mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to the high altar 4d.; to the bells 8d., To son John his house called Brownes and 2 closes with 2 ½ land and a pair of flaxen sheets. To son Richard a little brass pot. To daughter Elzabeth the black hewed cow, a brass pot, a [?]kettle and a pair of flaxen sheets., To daughter Jone a cow with a ewe sheep and a pair of flaxen sheets. To son Marten a black hewed cow and a ewe sheep. To daughter Alys a brass pan. To daughter Cecyly a pied bullock, a pair of flaxen sheets. To son William a yearling bullock. Should any child die under the age of 20, then their share to be divided between the survivors. Wife Elzabeth to have testator's freehold house, that is to say, the house called Burrys with 50 acres of land and meadow, and with 4 acres of arable land which was once Elzabeth Chanons, to be his wife's for the term of her life and then to descend to son Marten. Should Marten die without children, then property to go to testator's son William and so from him to the next heir. To sir Roger the curate 12d.. Residue to wife Elzabeth who is to be an executor with William Wilshire, the latter to have 3s. 4d.. "I make my supervisor John Smyth Water Holte and Edward Warde". Witness hereof sir Roger the curate, Thomas Crawe and John Lenerd.
