    [f. 194d]Margret Typlady of Dunstable, widow, made 28 Apr. pr. 1 Oct. 1546. Burial in the church yard of St. Peter in Dunstable. To the mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar for tithes forgotten 4d.; to the maintenance of the said altar a table cloth. After her death sir Robert Fyssher is to sing for her and help to maintain the service of God in the church of Dunstable for one year, and to pray for the souls of testator, her friends and all Christians, and to have for his salary that year £6. To buy a torch 5s.. To her daughter Emme and the heirs of her body her tenement in the Myddell Rowe with a garden, and should Emme die without heirs, then property to descend to Richard Davy and his heirs forever. To Emme also her cupboard and half her moveables which are to be divided equally between testator's son John and Emme, except her crops, which are to go to son John. Her silver salt is to be sold to help to buy a chalice, a vestment and "All thinges to a prest to say masse with". Seven years after her death a priest is to sing in the church of Dunstable for the souls of the testator and of all Christians for one whole years, he to have for his salary £6. She wants an obit to be kept each year in the church of Dunstable at the annual cost of 6s.. Residue to son John who is to be the executor with son-in-law John [sic] Davy, the latter to have 20s. for his labour. John Halsey to be supervisor, he to have 3s. 4d..
