His house and land to go to his wife Alys for her lifetime and she to keep his son William. After death of wife Alys property to descend to son Thomas and his heirs (charged with the keep of brother William, should William outlive his mother). To daughter Elzabeth 2 quarters of barley towards her marriage portion. To daughters Luce and Jone 2 quarters of barley each to their marriages. To son Henry 2 quarters of barley and a 2 year old bullock. To son Richard 2 quarters of barley. Should son Thomas die without heirs of his body, then son Henry and his heirs to have house and land, and should Henry die without heirs then son Richard and his heirs to have the house and land, and should Thomas, William, Henry and Richard all die without issue, then property to go to daughter Elzabeth to her and the heirs of her body, giving to each of her sisters 40s..Should Elzabeth die without heirs then property to go to daughter Luce, and so from Luce to daughter Jone, Wife to have all his goods. Executors wife Alys and brother Robert Samwell. Witnesses Robert Buckemgam, Thomas Samwell, Henry Osborne, William Harvey and Robert Osburne.
