    Folio 175d - Jone Symond of Temysford made 14 May pr. 10 June 1546. Soul to Almighty God, Our Blessed Lady and all the holy company of heaven, and body to be buried in the church yard at Temmysford. To the high altar 12d.; to the Sepulchre light 4d.; to the bells 4d.; to John Symond the reversion of testator's tenement and farm, and one cow, one featherbed with one quilt, one coverlet, one brass pot, one little posnet, one spit, 2 of the best pewter platters, one candlestick, a pewter basin. To Amy, the wife of John Symondes the best kirtle, the second board cloth, a pair of sheets, 2 saucers. To daughter Alys the best pan, one cauldron, one cupboard, 3 plates, one green coverlet, the best board cloth, one pair of best sheets, one chafing dish, one pewter salt, a coffer, "my hawling" [tapestry hangings]. To William Smarte a cow. To John Fild a cow, an old pot, a little kettle, a pair of sheets. To Katering Fild (testator's son's daughter) the best pot, a little kettle, a coffer, a candlestick, 3 platters, a pair of sheets, 2 board cloths and a sheep. Her sons John Fild and John Symond to be her executors, and to distribute any other goods at her burial "and aftur for my soull as they shall thingke beste".
