Folio 161 - James Fynche of parish of Flytton and in parish of St. Polles in Bedford made 15 Mar. 1545/6, pr.11 May 1546. Burial within the sanctuary of St. Polles aforesaid. To high altar of Flitton church 12d.; to church of Lincoln 12d.. To wife Agnes all his houses and tenements in parish of Flytton and Sevellsoe with all lands, meadows and pastures belonging to them. Also all his lands in parish of Gravenhurste. On wife's death these to be divided between testator's three daughters "and the longar lever of them". Should the daughters die without issue, then all these bequests are to go to testator's eldest son. To his three sons the farm that testator has in Podington. To wife Agnes the lease of testator's farm in Sevellyshoo which has 13 years yet to come. Residue to wife Agnes. Witnesses Richard Kayes, Thomas Hiche, Cristopher Labige, John Horne. Supervisor to be Henry Filde.
