Burial in the churchyard of All Hallowes; to the high altar in Revenysden 12d.; to the mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the Sepulchre 4d.; to the bells 4d.. To John Chamberlayn 2 kine, a coffer, a brass pot. To Thomas Chamberlayne a bullock. To Lawrens Chamberlayn a cart, 2 horses, 2 kine. The residue to his wife, whom he makes his executrix, with William Reysley as executor with her, the overseer to be sir Adam [?]Nicke. Witnesses John Reysley and Jone Reysley.
