    Folio 133 - Thomas Kympton of Clophill, yeoman, made 3 Mar. 1545/6, pr. 8 Apr. 1546. Body to be buried in the churchyard of Clophill. To mother church of Lincoln 8d.; to high altar of parish church 4d.. To son John Kympton the elder the farm in Pulloxhill called the Lordshippe for the remainder of the lease, paying for it £4 a year. To John Kympton the younger the folding table standing in the hall, also the chest standing in the parlour that was once his mother's. To son Thomas Kympton the cupboard standing in the parlour. To wife Agnes the remainder of the lease in the farm called Caynoo. Residue of goods to be divided into two, and one half to go to wife Agnes, and the other half to be divided between his children. Testator's lease and interest in the parsonage of Pulloxhill and the pastures belonging to the lordship of Pulloxhill which are now in the tenure of John Hill, Robert Sparke and Thomas Man to be divided in like manner between his wife and his children for the remaining years, providing wife and children keep the houses and habitations on the lordship in repair at the entry of son John to them. He authorises John Michell, his brother Richard Kympton , John Hill of Caynoo and John King of Clophill to divide goods between wife and children. Sole executrix wife Agnes, with overseer Thomas Hayll of Codicote. Witnesses Richard Tovye, Gilbert Robynson, John Pegat.
