    Folio 130d - Richard Willamson alias Smyth , no place given , made 4 June 1545, pr. 7 Feb. 1545/6. Burial within the parish church as near his wife as is convenient. To mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar in parish church for tithes forgotten 12d.. To son Thomas his best gown, best jacket and 6 silver spoons, a pot and a pan which are in his hands already. To wife Jane £10 in money which is in the hands of Richard Gambull of Pulloxhill which money is to be paid by executors at such days and times as are expressed in 2 bonds which are in the hands of testator's son Thomas. To wife also all household stuff with wearing gear, all the wood, and 6 of the best silver spoons and his mazer. To Elzabeth Barbor the daughter of Roger Barbor junior the best harness girdle save one. To his servant Jayes Colling a girdle which was Thomas Kents. To [blank ] Barber a silver spoon and to Alys Barber a silver spoon and to Agnes Barbor, their sister, a silver spoon. Wife Jane to have the [?]covenants and year of testator's house made between Roger Barbor the elder and testator, or else Roger to pay to Jane 13s. 4d. a year until the the sum of [blank ] is paid . Should wife die before the sum is paid, then the unpaid residue of the money is to be paid to his executors, and they to use it for his soul. Executors son Thomas and Roger Barbor junior, and Roger Barbor to have 6s. 8d.. Supervisor sir John Jonson. Residue to be used for souls of testator, his friends and all Christians. Witnesses sir John Jonson, William Mathew, John Pytkinges.
